How do I track my bespoke custom jewelry design?

Once signed into your account, navigate to your Client Dashboard and select "Custom Commissions". You will find high-definition 3D CAD renderings, wax model approvals, metal casting schedules, and jeweler bench updates as your piece is handcrafted.

What if I forgot my password or cannot access my account?

Click on the "Forgot Password?" link on the sign-in form. Enter your registered email address, and we will send you a secure password reset link immediately. For additional security assistance, contact our showroom concierge.

Where can I view my diamond grading certificates and appraisals?

All registered purchases of certified diamonds and heirloom fine jewelry include digital PDF copies of GIA/IGI laboratory certificates and official insurance appraisal documentation under the "Appraisals & Certifications" tab in your account.

Can I share my bridal and anniversary wishlist with others?
