Walk-in clients are always warmly welcomed during normal boutique hours to browse fine jewelry, drop off repairs, or explore our showcases. However, for custom bridal design or certified diamond selection, booking an appointment guarantees a private suite and dedicated time with a senior gemologist.

How does the bespoke custom design process work?

Our custom journey begins with an initial design consultation to explore sketches, metal preferences, and diamond specifications. We then generate high-precision 3D digital renderings and a physical wax model for your approval before casting and setting your one-of-a-kind treasure in precious metal.

Are jewelry repairs and restorations performed on-site?

Yes. Michael Tish Jewelers maintains a fully equipped on-site jewelry atelier staffed by seasoned bench jewelers. Your cherished items remain in our secure vault and are handled with meticulous care and laser welding precision throughout the repair process.

Do you provide certified insurance appraisals?

Every engagement ring and substantial fine jewelry piece purchased from Michael Tish Jewelers includes a comprehensive insurance appraisal document. We also evaluate outside jewelry and heirloom pieces for insurance underwriting or estate settlements.
