No. All initial consultations at Michael Tish Jewelers – whether in our showroom or via virtual video – are completely complimentary. Our priority is providing honest education and expert design advice with no pressure.

Feel free to bring inspiration photos, Pinterest boards, or sketches. If you are redesigning an heirloom, bring the original jewelry pieces along with any previous appraisal certificates. If you are starting fresh, just bring your ideas!
How long does a bespoke custom design project take?
From initial concept to final polish, custom bespoke designs typically require 3 to 5 weeks. This allows time for CAD rendering, wax model inspection, precious metal casting, hand-setting stones, and final quality control. Rush timelines can often be accommodated upon request.
